Groupe Atlanta Inc. guarantees its aluminium extrusions for a period of 25 years beginning from the delivery date. This guarantee does not cover gradual discolouring or staining on the surface as a result of sunshine, acid rain, or pollution. The duracron baked enamel paint finish is not covered by this guarantee since this is covered by our suppliers’ guarantees. Aluminium Atlanta Inc. guarantees that its profiles will maintain their general characteristics and will not rust or rot.
HARDWARE
Groupe Atlanta Inc. guarantees its hardware for a period of 5 years for casement windows and 5 years for sliding and double hung windows and patio doors. The guarantee does not cover oxidation or discoloration of the finish.
SCREENS
Groupe Atlanta Inc. guarantees its screens for 1 year. Groupe Atlanta Inc will replace any defective pieces excluding defects caused by normal wear and tear or abuse.
SEALED THERMO UNITS
Groupe Atlanta Inc. guarantees its thermo units for a period of 10 years following the delivery date. The guarantee covers defects resulting in condensation between the glass which obscures visibility and is due to a seal failure on the thermo unit and not the breakage of the thermo unit. A guarantee of 1 year covers the spontaneous breakage of a glass in a thermo unit. To be covered by this part of the guarantee, there should be no visible point of impact on the glass.
CONDITIONS
During the first 12 months of the guarantee, Groupe Atlanta Inc. will replace and install (labour included) all defective pieces be they aluminium, PVC, hardware, screens, or sealed units.
After the initial 12 months, Groupe Atlanta Inc. will supply any replacement pieces. Any necessary labour cost are not covered.
This guarantee does not cover any problem which occurs due to improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, an accident, fire, flooding or an inherent problem of the building which is out of our control.
Groupe Atlanta Inc. reserves the right to replace the defective parts with the original model or an equivalent
Groupe Atlanta Inc. reserves the right to modify or improve its products without modifying products previously manufactured.
This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser (no transferable).
PVC and Hybrid Doors and Window

Groupe Atlanta Inc. guarantees its hardware for a period of 5 years for casement windows and 5 years for sliding, single hung and double hung windows. The guarantee does not cover oxidation or discoloration of the finish.
